GIVEAWAYS: KHO Holdings (the “Company”), producer of the television program “Kent Hrbek Outdoors” (the “Program”) and its parent, Wall to Wall Media, LLC (together with KHO Holdings and its affiliates, the “Companies”) may periodically sponsor giveaway contests in which participants may register by playing an online, “virtual” fishing game on the Company’s website (a “Giveaway”). Upon catching a virtual fish, qualifying contestants may enter a drawing to become eligible to win a prize in a monthly drawing (the “Monthly Drawing”). Monthly Drawing winners will be eligible to participate in a “grand prize” drawing that will occur once during the Program’s viewing season. Each Monthly Drawing is independent from the last, and each time a contestant registers, the registration is valid only for the most immediate, upcoming Monthly Drawing. After such drawing occurs, a contestant must register again to become eligible for the next Monthly Drawing. There is no limit to the number of times that a participant may enter. However, each participant is eligible to win only one Monthly Drawing.
HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAYS: No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaways. Contestants may register for the Giveaway by participating in the Company’s virtual fishing game on its website at HYPERLINK "http://www.khotv.com"www.khotv.com.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone can enter the Giveaways other than employees, or their immediate family or persons living in the same household, of the Companies or any of their affiliates. The giveaways are open to any resident in North America. Void where prohibited by law. Grand Prize Winner must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: After each Monthly Drawing, a winner (the “Winner”) and three back up names (a “Back Up”) for the prize will be selected by random drawing. The monthly Winner will be posted on the Company’s website and contacted via email or telephone contact information included in the submission form. If a Monthly Winner cannot be reached by the Company and/or does not claim his prize within 30 days following the Monthly Drawing, the un-awarded prize will go to the first Back Up and subsequent Back-Ups thereof until the prize is awarded. Each Winner must supply the Company with his/her legal name, email and mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries. The Company is not responsible for, and will not consider, incomplete or incorrect entries as potential contest winners.
GENERAL: By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree that the Companies, affiliates, Giveaway product providers and sponsors and their collective related organizations, agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the contest. Any prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize of equal or greater value. The Companies may use a Winners’ name and likenesses for publicity purposes without seeking further permission and without providing any compensation. The Companies may contact contestants via the email information provided on the submission form with information about upcoming programs or with online newsletters and similar information. Any taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the winner's responsibility.
RESTRICTIONS: By participating in the Giveaway, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the contest sponsor.
